In a study that examines the nation’s top real estate sites, Realtor.com found that homebuyers are eager to move out of urban centers for more affordable, less densely populated suburbs.

The website ranked its real estate hotspots using two key criteria: 1) market demand, as measured by unique viewers per property on Realtor.com, and 2) market selling pace, measured by the number of days an ad stays. active on Realtor.com.

Realtor.com’s market news rankings are based on listing data posted on its website from January through June. The list of major postal codes is limited to one postal code per metropolitan area.

Here are the 10 most popular postal codes in the study, in ascending order.

10. Franklin, Tennessee (37067)

Located just south of Nashville, the downtown area of ​​this former Civil War battle site is now lined with galleries, antique shops and restored Victorian buildings.
